Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter

Day 1: Arrive in Dehradun

• Arrival & Transfer: Arrive at Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport or Dehradun Railway Station) where our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

• Pre-Tour Briefing: Attend a detailed evening briefing covering crucial safety protocols, baggage regulations (strict 5 kg limit per person), flight schedules, and an overview of the day-by-day plan.

• Overnight Stay: Dehradun.

Day 2: Dehradun to Kharsali (Yamunotri Darshan)

• Helipad Transfer: Check out after breakfast and transfer to the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun.

• Luggage & Weigh-in: Passenger body weights will be recorded at the helipad, and luggage will be checked. Transfer your allowed 5 kg into the provided duffle bag, while remaining luggage is safely stored in the helipad locker room.

• Flight to Kharsali: Board the helicopter for a scenic 25-minute flight to the Kharsali helipad, followed by a short transfer to your hotel.

• Yamunotri Trek & Darshan: Proceed to Yamunotri via palki (palankeen) or horse. The one-side trek is about 5.5 km and takes roughly 2 hours. Our ground handlers will assist you smoothly through the Yamunotri temple darshan.

• Evening: Return to your hotel in Kharsali for dinner and an overnight stay. You will receive your flight schedule for the following day by evening.

Day 3: Kharsali to Harsil (Gangotri Darshan)

• Flight to Harsil: After breakfast, head to the Kharsali helipad for a 25-minute helicopter ride to the picturesque Harsil Valley. Transfer to your hotel upon landing.

• Gangotri Darshan: After a quick refresh, board a shared vehicle for a priority darshan at the Gangotri temple. The 22 km drive from Harsil takes about 50 minutes. The vehicle drops you at the parking area, about 500 meters from the temple premises, where our ground team will assist you with VIP entry.

• Evening: Return to Harsil for your overnight stay. Receive the next day’s flying timings in the evening.

Day 4: Harsil to Kedarnath via Phata / Sersi / Guptkashi

• Helicopter Transfer: Following breakfast, fly from Harsil to one of the transit helipads (Phata, Sersi, or Guptkashi).

• Shuttle to Kedarnath: Board the connecting shuttle helicopter to the Kedarnath helipad.

• Darshan & Stay: Walk approximately 600 meters from the helipad to the Kedarnath temple. Our ground handler will greet you and guide you through the VIP darshan, including a visit to the sacred Bheem Shila.

• Overnight Stay: Kedarnath.

Day 5: Kedarnath to Badrinath via Mana Village

• Early Morning Rituals: Wake up early for the special Rudrabhishek pooja at 3:00 AM at the Kedarnath temple, assisted by our ground staff.

• Flight to Badrinath: After the rituals, take the shuttle helicopter back to the transit helipad and board the chopper toward Badrinath.

• Badrinath Darshan & Sightseeing: Arrive in Badrinath for VIP darshan at the holy shrine. Afterward, explore Mana Village—India’s last village—visiting the Saraswati river origin, Bheem Pul, Ganesh Gufa, and Vyasa Gufa (where the Mahabharata was composed).

• Overnight Stay: Badrinath.

Day 6: Badrinath to Dehradun (Departure)

• Maha Abhishek Pooja: Wake up early for the grand Maha Abhishek Pooja at the Badrinath temple starting at 3:00 AM (approx. 2-hour duration).

• Return to Dehradun: Return to the hotel for breakfast, then proceed to the Badrinath helipad for your return flight to the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun.

• Departure: Collect your luggage from the helipad locker room, and our team will drop you off at Dehradun Airport or the railway station for your onward journey.

Important Note: All helicopter operations are strictly subject to weather conditions and clearance from aviation authorities (DGCA). Flight timings provided the evening before are tentative and prone to last-minute adjustments.
